Hideaway Facility

Bear Creek Hideaway rents the two upper fully-furnished levels with 1 small bedroom and 6 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Other accomodations include free WiFi internet access, free local and long distance calling (within the US), Satellite TV, VCR/DVD, CD Player, central- heating with an additional gas wall heater in the living room, complete laundry facility, large modern kitchen with dishwasher, high ceiling living room, and a 33-foot screened deck facing Bear Creek. We supply all linens, kitchen utensils including plates, cups, pots and pans, tableware, coffee-makers, tea pot, tea, blender, toaster, and even a coffee grinder.

Home rental rates for a 5-night minimum stay are $400/night during off-season, October 1st to May 14th. Rates from May 15th to October 31st are $600/night also with a 5-night minimum stay. Share the Hideaway with as many as 17 guests. If you need lodging for small groups, the Hideaway is an affordable solution. The on-site resident manager will welcome you with maps and area information.

Bear Creek Hideaway can offer solitude or help you customize your stay with a wide range of activities. Although winter access is easy, four-wheel drive vehicles or tire chains are strongly advised from December to March for travel in the Bear Creek Hideaway/Yellowstone areas.

From October 1st to May 14, off-season, the rental rate is $400 per night with a 5-night minimum stay. The peak-season rate, May 15th to October 31st, is $600 per night. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, the balance due upon arrival. A separate refundable security deposit of $500 is required upon arrival. A separate non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 is also required upon arrival. A full refund, less $200, will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the Resident Manager 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. All rates are subject to 7% Montana Lodging Facility Sales and Use Tax.
